IMPORTANT NOTICE: Helmets involved in an accident should be replaced and not worn again.
The following information pertains to helmets purchased in the United States only. For International replacement information, including Canada, please contact the authorized OVATION, OneK, or Centaur Ranch dealer or distributor where you made your original helmet purchase.
Helmets involved in an accident may be replaced at a discount within three years of the helmet purchase date. Helmets that have been damaged through misuse, dropping or neglect do not qualify.
- Accidents within 12 months of purchase date: 40% off current MSRP
- Accidents within 24 months of purchase date: 30% off current MSRP
- Accidents within 36 months of purchase date: 20% off current MSRP

- Image of the helmet involved in the accident, with harness straps cut.
